The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs argued that the program as implemented in centres and services provided have a positive impact on children's upbringing process, but the problem is the lack of multiple objects.
According to Megjashi, the fact that these children most of the time on the street is the neglect and discrimination by society, which should include the regular educational process.

In that purpose, plans to open 24-hour transit centre in Skopje, it is necessary to open a day care centre in the western part of town, then in Prilep, Ohrid and in other major cities.
Ministry of Labour intends to motivate local governments, NGO sector and business community to invest in the protection of street children, which will help them to grow into healthy individuals and to break the cycle of poverty at this category of citizens.(J.Kolcheva)
