Regarding your request, filed with number 19/6902/1 from September 7th, 2009, we inform you about the following:

After the inspection on the field by an official assignment, conducted is inspection control, after which started is administrative procedure and prepared are: Minutes for comprehension, with number 19-5487/1 since July 14th, 2009; Decision for removal, with number 19-5487/2 since July 14th, 2009 and Conclusion for a permission for enforcement number 19-5487/3 since July 14th, 2009 for the facility-living facilities, located at boulevard ASNOM, at the bridge Twin, left from the Headquarters of EVN, at the bank of Vardar River, KO Kisela Voda 2 KP58 in Skopje. In addition, this subject is given for enforcement to an enforcement agent with number 19-5487/4 since July 18th, 2008.
