Promotions of editions in the framework of the project “Support of the National Civil forum/platform”Promotion of Positive Examples of Civil Society in Republic of Macedonia 

The First Children’s Embassy in the World – Megjashi realized the project “Promotion of Positive Examples of Civil Society in Republic of Macedonia” on order to increase the development of the civil organizations in Republic of Macedonia and the improvement of their image, as well as the visibility of the results of the work of the civil organizations trough publishing their most successful activities.

40 of the best practises od civil societies were published, and were promoted on twp editions. The promotions were held in Skopje and Prilep, as well as during the NGO fair. Also, two more promotions a re planed in January, trough Republic of Macedonia. The publications were distributed to governmental institutions, civil organizations, parliament members, Ministries, ambassadors, local self-governments, business sector and the media.

·        Promotion of the annual newsletter of Civil Platform in Republic of Macedonia

During the avtivity “ Together for transparency”, a promotion of the Annual newsletter Civil Platform in Republic of Macedonia was held.

The thematic commission for diligence and image of the Civil Platform in Republic of Macedonia gave a suggested content of the annual newsletter, which was accepted later on and complemented with the program committee. This includes personal identification of all the 29 members of the Civil Platform in Republic of Macedonia, description of every important realized in the period between may 2006 and December 2007, financial report of the Civil Platform in Republic of Macedonia, basic data for the Civil Platform in Republic of Macedonia, as well as presenting the four components and their activities from the program of the Civil Platform in Republic of Macedonia for 2006-2007.

The promotion of the annual newsletter of Civil Platform in Republic of Macedonia was held on 21.01.2008.

·        Promotion of the Volonterism guide

Main outcome of the project “Promotion of the Volonterism” in the publication of the Volonterism guide, as well as its promotion trough the universities in Republic of Macedonia.

On october the 30th 2007, the first promotion of the Volonterism guide was held in the SEE University in Tetovo. In november, tri addtional promotins were held on the Universiry “St. Ciril and Methoduis” in Skopje and Shtip, and in the Universiry “St. Climent Ohridski” in Bitola. The final promotion was held at the NGO fair on November 16th 2007. The promotion were carried out infront the students, who were givan a free copy of the Volonterism guide in macedonian and albanian language. For every promotion were secured 3000 copies which are distributed in forn of the universties by volunteers.

·        Promotion of the Guide for use of the Donations and Sponsorships Law and other Tax laws

During the activity “Cooperation with the business sector” another publication was published from The First Children’s Embassy in the World- Megjashi - Guide for use of The Law on Donations and Sponsorships For Public Activities and other Tax Laws , which can be used by all the civil assosiations with public interest, confirmed by the Ministry of Justice. The guide has a review of the process of making deal for donation with business partners, as well as recomendations for its practical usage. The guide outflanks other tax laws needed for the civil organizations, as income tax, value added tax, inheritance tax, gift and foreign donations.

The promotion of the Guide  for use of The Law on Donations and Sponsorships For Public Activities and other Tax Laws was hled on 21.01.2008 in Hotel Continental.
