As from the First Children’s Embassy in the World Megjashi it’s announced that those frequent cases of pedophilia are indicating that the condition is alarming and frightening.
-The fact that every week we receive reports of cases of pedophilia and family defilement is quite disturbing. The adults, parents and the public institutions illustrate the dysfunction in their concern.  Who will protect the children if their closest ones are the ones abusing them and molesting them? I wonder whether the teachers, the pupil’s advisors and the psychologists have forgotten the role of educators- states Dragi Zminanac, the Executive Director and Founder  of the Children’s Embassy Megjashi.
Mr. Zmijanac seeks for the responsibility of the Social Care Centers, which need to seize timely the parental right of the parents-abusers. He explains that the public institutions are taking over the responsibility for the safety and the health of the children every time when they don’t receive it from the parents. Zmijanac emphasizes that the state must mobilize and receive the message that not every parent is a responsible parent.
